Silent Thresholds came from my response from my environment living in London and expressing the practice of meditation through the photographic medium. The different shades of gray between the blackest and the whitest part of the photographs express the band of emotions, sensations, and feelings that one goes through in meditation. The lines represent our thoughts that we tend to follow without question that change in direction and also converge. It is at these convergences that the mind and body meet to become spirit and one can, if only for a brief moment, touch upon pure consciousness.
